A multi textured cardi makes an interesting pattern to knit, finished off with a matching beanie. Crew neck and set in sleeves, buttoned up with 2 x 2 rib bands and a garter stitch neckband. The Beanie pattern has two versions, knitted flat on straight needles or on the round on double pointed needles.

Hat age:  0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-18 months
To fit size: 35, 40, 45, 48 cm

Recommended yarn – 8ply Merino
50gm ball: 3, 4, 5, 5, 6

One pair each size 3.25 mm, 4 mm knitting needles or one set each size 3.25 mm, 4 mm double pointed needles, stitch holder, 5-6 buttons.
